Just a question

why does that said that is 0% silicones on it but if we read in the ingredients on the conditioner we found that it has Bis-Aminopropyl Dimethicone? (which is actually a silicone)

No, I don’t recommend this product

We're sorry for the confusion, Francia. Our Herbal Essences conditioners like the Smooth Rose Hips Hair Smoothing Conditioner may contain a type of silicone. Our shampoos do not. Silicone makes your hair soft and easy to brush or comb. You'll be happy to know that it’s cruelty free, mineral oil free, color safe and pH balanced. If you have any questions about any of our Herbal Essences products, give us a call at (855) 236-3327.

Why change formulation?

Used to have hydrolyzed wheat protein and wheat starch, so it was more thickening on the hair. Not sure what was the point in changing the formula on a classic for the worse.

Yes, I recommend this product

In the Autumn of 2017, we did change the formula of the Smooth Collection Conditioners, which resulted in our products having no parabens, gluten (wheat products), mineral oil or silicones. We're happy to answer any of your questions about any of our products. Just give us a call at 1-855-236-3327.

Why reformulate a classic edition?

I don’t understand the point in reformulating one of your classic edition conditioners. The people who are buying it liked it for how it was. Switch to reformulating newly advertised products please, and leave our beloved formulations alone.

Yes, I recommend this product
