Plants are a way for me to self-care and help with my mental health. I find that plants really help calm me down and bring me joy- and even remind me to take better care of myself. When I see my plants suffer and I care for them, it reminds me that I also need some love! Here are six simple ways I connect to plants which have helped improve my mental health:
